Wicked Keys is the creation of Australian musician James Baker, who now resides in Ireland

Having embarked on his music career at age 15, James has thrived in pop, rock, jazz, and musical theatre. With a wealth of experience as a full-time musician across live gigs, recording sessions, and music theatre, James understands the essential skills required by contemporary pianists in today's music scene.
James brings a distinctive perspective to piano education, prioritising modern music, practical chord theory, scale/chord hacks, and an emphasis on improvisation as well as reading.

We’ve kept our booking system simple - you book the dates and times that work for you with no need to commit to a regular slot

Once you’ve booked you’ll be emailed a lesson link - on the day of your lesson click the link and you’ll be taken to our Rock Out Loud video chat lesson space
Learn
Once you’re in you’ll experience high quality sound, be able to chat with James one on one, you’ll see what he’s playing via our onscreen keyboard and notation, and we even have an onscreen whiteboard to share exercises and theory on the go!
